Alcoholic, drug addict, abusive mother Britney Spears receives more media attention than the discrimination put to U.S. Military Veterans. We have a homeless female Veteran in San Francisco whom has just given up. We have a Veteran in Detroit Maine that lost his legs in Combat being disregarded. NH puts a 100% disabled Veteran in jail to stop this big mouth Veteran's free speech. Have the values of the U.S. citizen degraded that much. Think! have the false values of our elected officials infected the U.S. values to the point of destruction of a nation. This is an election year where politicians promise everything to get the vote then waste tax dollars on pet projects Where did pride and responsibility go? ABUSIVE MOTHERS, alcoholics and drug addicts care and attention has more value than medical care for Veterans that kept a nation free.
The VFW and American Legion cater to giving money to charities and people in need but refuse to help Veteran's that question elected officials values. The NH Veterans Task Force was created as an image to persuade voters to waste tax dollars on an unneeded medical facility when proper management of the one in NH would do the same job. The NH Veterans Council blocks or censor Veterans that question NH Concord Elite Society actions. The NH governor charges this veteran money just to speak to the governor. The governor then refuses the meeting on the grounds this Veteran is labeled a NH Terrorist. The NH center for disabilities refuses to help veterans labeled by the NH Governor. The NH VA director of Veteran's medical care Levenston stops Veterans medical for service related injuries for political self gain. The Courts and Judges in New Hampshire are infected by a monopoly on power to protect their own. Justice in the U.S. has become whom you know rather than the truth.
The news media censors or edits the peoples opinion to the values of the news organization or people with power. Citizens of the U.S. have a limited say on what happens in our U.S. We vote but it is on biased media and broken promises. Medical care for abusive, alcoholic, drug addict mothers must continue, but media attention should not be front line. Discrimination and abuse of Veterans and Disabled Veterans should be front page of every newspaper until it is eliminated completely. We gave you freedom don't destroy it with false promises to the point of extension

"NH not TV should Decide" Every newspaper in the state of NH including the Union Leader censors my opinion. Should the news media allow the people to decide? Is it ethical for any newspaper or media to censor the people's opinion? Is unbiased reporting informing the people that the State of NH has interfered with a disabled Veteran's medical care to stop free speech that exposes crimes by judges and government officials. Should the news media be allowed to edit the people's opinion to the news media's point of view.
I clearly state criminal acts committed by judges and government officials. I put my name, address and phone # on every article I write. I am a 100% combat related disabled Veteran. I have violated no laws. Should the news media ignore the facts to protect people with power. Has the news media gone so far to believe government domination is more important than the people. Has the courts made equal rights that every one has a chance to raise up to the elite club while the people that do not qualify receive diminished rights.
Where has NH gone. The people are afraid to speak openly. Government domination over the people is now the norm. I volunteer and NH has harmed my family and friends to stop my free speech. All this because the news media decided one disabled Veteran is not worth up setting the powerful people's standards. NH People not the news media should decide.
People ask me every day from all over the U.S. and Canada what they can do? I tell them to write their news media and talk about what NH is doing to disabled Veterans. Remember it is not just NH. Veterans across the U.S. are being discriminated against. Worse than that what Veteran's gave their lives for is being diminished. Respect and honor our Constitution that is the start to making Veterans feel what we did was not use less. Any news media or blog that censors the people's opinion because it is not what the editor likes SHAME ON YOU. It is the ethical responsibility of every reporter, columnists, editor and citizen to respond unbiased to correct the wrongs in government no matter whom they expose.
To the many people that tell me that I should have come back alive, I should not have. Do you know what it is like to put your emotions aside? Do you know what it is like to know that you killed with out feelings or emotions even to this day? Do you know what it is like to live in a civilized society and have to re learn every thing because you have amnesia from TBI? Do you know what it is like to come back to the world and meet people that call them selves your family but they are strangers to you? Do you know what it is like to attempt to understand situation in a society that does not fit the Marine Corps norm? I live with the pain and confusion from my disabilities because I accept the responsibility to not make what so many Veteran's (dead or alive) gave their childhood for (to defend and protect our Constitution) to not be in vain Do you know what it is like to have your medical care stopped because you exercise your free speech.

A producer from WCVBTV, A columnist from Carriage Towne newspaper, NH Insider Blog, My Boston Fox 25 Blog, (Fosters and Union Leader newspapers) and others all agree with my issues but deny any responsibility to help. Did you wake up this morning with a good meal and a job to go to? Did you talk freely to any person or child that you wanted to? Do you live in the same United States where children go off to war and if they are lucky to come home, they earned the title to be called Veterans.
I have not asked any person to place them selves in harms way. I send e-mails to allow citizens of the United States to decide the proper action to take. I do not do this help for a Madbury NH family as a personal crusade. I never met this family before they asked me for help. I do this because I watched good people die (maybe friends, relatives or people you went to school with) die for the freedom you take so casually. Does any citizens even realize what the Constitution says or is a bout? Do the citizens now believe given elected officials power will not go to their heads if you don’t correct the wrongs they attempt.
I will take a beating from these judges and officials because they want to be powerful and control. They are just attempting to see how much they can get away with. I am saddened by the citizens of the United States because you will send children off to die but you will not put any effort to preserve what they are dying for. Ho!! don’t get me wrong the NH Veteran’s Task Force, NH Veterans council, VFW and American Legion all refuse to help because it may interfere with them receiving government funds. I have said it many times “I came back alive and I should not have” You have no idea how true that statement is. I am here and I volunteer every day. Writing and trying to help this Madbury family is a small part of my day. It is the most important part of any thing that I do because it is a responsibility stated by our Constitution. Think and call me what you want NH judges and government officials criminally violate the law to inflict pain and suffering on my family, friends and me. I took an oath to protect and defend what you the citizens of the United States so casually disregard until it will be to late.

Newspapers censor the public from learning that New Hampshire harms intentionally citizens they do not want. Reporters and columnist claim many excuses for not reporting the facts. The unspoken reason is they are afraid of the people with power. Ethics and moral responsibility no longer matters to the news editors. If a individual writes a letter questioning the newspaper ethics, censorship is sure to follow. Today some NH newspapers questioned Fox network in editorial form “Fox must not act as censor”. It should be against the law for any newspaper to censor the public’s opinion when it questions wrongs committed by the government. We are a nation where it is the public’s responsibility to expose the wrongs of elected officials and Judges. Was not the Constitution based on the government being of the people for the people.
I have violated no laws. I am a 100% (in defense of the U.S.) disabled Veteran. I volunteer every day helping others. I have helped others every day since I came back to the World “U.S” in 74. Yesterday I helped an individual with alcohol problems trying to keep his business from bankruptcy. I volunteer because I came back alive and I should not have. Volunteering and not violating the law is not enough. We the people of the U.S. must obey judges and government officials (even when these trusted people violate the people’s rights) or be DOMINATED. Discrimination (to stop any one from speaking out in NH) against the individual is a weapon for judges and others to stop free speech. Where does one go when it is the courts, government officials and news censorship preventing the truth from being told. The NH governor refuses to speak to me. They have gone so far as to stop my VA medical ( for service related injuries) to be stopped. I am only one person but should I not speak up when I notice the Madbury NH selectmen intentionally violating the law to harm Madbury resident’s the selectmen want to run out of their town. Should I not speak up when I notice Judge Peter Fauver violating the constitution (to protect these selectmen) intentionally harming the public. When does speaking the truth become a crime? When does censor ship by the news media become justified to protect criminal judges and others?
I have not stopped. I now use the internet and blogs to expose the truth. My words exposing the Granite State as a Nazi regime being born has been spreading. My article yesterday on Columnist (Ash Lee)’s “Freedom is not free” did have meaning, I thought about. I realize now (He) the columnist does not understand what freedom is. He wrote a neutral article as unintended support for what I am doing. Ash Lee’s article is based on the theory that the News reporters and columnist are afraid for people with power so stay neutral. What a shame the news is no longer about the unbiased truth.
At 17 I started a journey to he-ll and back. I will continue in He-ll until you as a nation realize what is happening in NH is harming every one of you. May be the harm is not noticeable today but freedom diminished today leaves tomorrow in question.

How does one describe the need to die because you no longer belong? How does one educate on the short bursts of memory that always comes back? How does one know if it was reality then or now? The freedom that we gave our lives for is our worst enemy because others are free to not care. How does one justify the high rate of suicide by returning Veterans?
Can the United States so disregard Veterans that no one cares. We don't need you to waste money on newer VA hospitals in NH. Our elected officials just want to spend to make their public image stand out. We need to stop the people in charge from using Veterans medical conditions for political leverage. Take a disabled Veteran and limit his care so that he yells to the public. Inflame the news articles to sell more papers to give the public a cause for elected officials to shout about. The elected officials then can put pet projects that waste tax dollars on the coat tails of the public cause. Spend one dollar on Veteran's care and one hundred million on waste. Veteran's die every day while in country just believing it is their last second of life. Then these tired worn out Veterans come home to realize they no longer belong. Veteran's only make up 11% of the U.S. population. Suicide is only a vehicle that Veteran's use as a last effort to protect the public from where we have been.
Governor Lynch of NH promised ethics to get elected. He refuses to speak to this disabled Veteran. Veterans are a smoke screen for NH elected officials to manipulate the people. I have violated no laws. Elected officials, judges and the news have harmed my character in the public eye to stop this loud mouth from exposing them. I have been some place that eighty-nine percent of you will never have to. “Hopefully” I came back with three injuries, two from separate combat support missions. I do not want your pity or hand outs. I believe so much in the United States that with all the harm that has been inflicted on my family and friends I still volunteer every day to help others. I want to die and need to die but I have to continue to speak to make what so many Veterans have and will give their lives for not be in vain. I come so close ever day just to end the pain in my head and body, so those short burst of memory go away. The military trains us to Kill then dumps up back into a society that we no longer belong.

New Hampshire gives the Secretary of State (SOS), "Person of the year". This man is a member of the Elite Concord Special Person's Club (ECSPC). His only name to fame is that he obeyed the law and made NH the First in the nation primary. Did Gardner ever serve in the military? Has Gardner done any thing to help others during this past year that makes him great? Here is a man that lives his life off the back of the tax payers and we the tax payers must bow to him. There is something seriously wrong in NH.
The Union Leader as do all other newspapers, edits the opinion letters of the public. They refuse to print commentary responses that disagree with the EPSPC point of view. Newspaper's would give half a page to print a story about a Beauty Blog” than talk about citizens volunteering to help others. The newspapers refuse to tell about Veterans in need of help if the Veteran ever dares critiques the news unfavorably. Discrimination against Veterans by the State of NH is censored by the newspapers. Judges that violate the law and the NH Supreme Court cover up are censored by the news. The NH governor Lynch refuses to speak to a disabled veteran. A war Veteran in Detroit Maine can not get help because the government boycotts this Veteran. A disabled Veteran in Northern NH is left with out transportation to get medical help for U.S. military injuries. NH creates a Veterans Task Force as a smoke screen to drain Tax dollars for a un-needed VA hospital rather than use what NH has to better help Veterans in need. NH uses VA medical for disabled Veterans as a weapon to control these Veteran's freedom. The NH Veterans Council refuses and blocks Veterans that ask for help. SOS Bill Gardner deserves P of Y as much as the newspapers deserve an ethics award.
I believe that the people telling me that I need mental help have this right. I have combat related injuries that defended your rights. NH and the VA stopped my medical as a weapon to stop me. The Red Sox, Boston Globe and Veterans Today Blogs print my letters so the facts are getting out. I have volunteered every day helping others since I came back to the World (US) in 74. I deflected the paper work for ribbons and awards when I was in the military and I refuse to accept anything for my volunteer help for others today. I am not in this for fame or fortune. I do what I do to keep the United States for the people. I do what I do as a sign of respect for every Veteran that gave their lives (dead or alive) for you and your freedom. I do what I do for all you ungrateful sons of a Bitc_es that would rather degrade my character than correct the wrongs in government.
Bill Gardner and the News deserve each other. The Person of the Year in my book are the Kids that become Veterans that you the public forget about. There are homeless veterans on the street that you call bum's

When does, taking up arms and abolishing become necessary in a civilized society of today. Eisenberg (the NH man that took over the Clinton Head quarters)has been housed in the State Prison with no care or heat. His paper work asking for court intervention was delayed in filing by prison personal so the hearing is delayed. Here is a man that followed proper procedures to get mental help. Here is a man the NH gov claims has mental problems. Here is a man the system has rejected and uses technicalities to persecute. Do you the people of the United States approve?
Are we the people of the United States satisfied with what is going on? Have we become so complacent that we are willing to allow injustices to happen to others so we can stay unnoticed and feel safe. Is Abortion and gun control government issues or is it dominance over the people? Our children are becoming Veterans on foreign soil for one man’s hopes that this will be his legacy. We have a democrat and republican party that controls our freedom in hopes of becoming the dominant club. Elected officials waste public money to enhance their public image. News papers no longer freely print the opinion of the people. The NH state police are now intimidators for the government to scare the public into submission. Veteran’s medical in NH is now used to stop free speech. Innocent people are now jailed as terrorist that question judges illegal acts. The list of Nazi injustice in the State of New Hampshire is to long to state.
We have checks and balances to prevent these criminal acts. Judges, lawyers and elected officials have diminished the individuals rights. The Dover and Lee NH police refuse to accept a complaint against criminal elected officials by common individuals. We, if with out connections are at the mercy of the special class of citizens in NH. Can the Nazi prophecy be growing in NH secretly under the special class of citizens society. Dominate a few at a time until enough commoners are controlled so the commoners now have to unwillingly serve the dominators. Is the NH government here to serve the people or do they dominate us. Do you understand why I can place my name, address and phone # on what I write.

You will notice that I continue to expose criminal judges and elected officials because what I am stating is the truth.
The Madbury NH selectmen use their elected positions to seek revenge on local town residents. Judge Peter Fauver uses the power of the NH justice dept. to protect these criminal selectmen. The NH Supreme Court refuses to hear a case that questions and documents the criminal acts of the selectmen and Judge Fauver. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Veteran that volunteer to help this Madbury family because they were so desperate they called some one they only knew from my letters to the editor on zoning issues that I wrote. The NH government to protect this special class of people uses the state police to intimidate my family at work and home. I am arrested as a terrorist and loose my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges are dropped. NH’s U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter to stop me files false police complaints to have me arrested. She then has a VA Dr file commitment orders with no merit to place me in the funny farm. When all this fails my VA medical is stopped by the NH VA director Levenston. I have violated no laws. Discrimination by government agencies, the VFW, American Legion and police constitutes crimes. These are criminal act committed by judges and government officials to stop me from volunteering to help other American citizens.
I read how people say that I am trying to save the world. Some people write that I am just out or control (a nut). Some tell me that I babble with my letters. Most of the letters and phone calls support me.
This past year NH had a man who was turned away by the hospitals and others that he asked for help from. To get help this man strapped road flares to his body and took over the Clinton campaign head quarters. The State of NH uses criminal acts to harm residents that the special class of society does not want.
I write these statements with a clear mind. I believe so much in the U.S. that I will give my life to protect and defend our Constitution. Do you understand Pakistan is in political turmoil. NH is not far from this. In a civilized society people should not be forced to violence to get help. When judges and government officials can use criminal acts to control the people where are we as a free nation. When the news media can censor a 100% disabled Veteran’s words to protect this special class of society the entire U.S. is in trouble.
To stop a disabled Veteran’s medical care for injuries received defending the U.S. can not be tolerated. Every United States citizen must become outraged by this situation. The United States will only exist if you are willing to correct the wrongs. I continue because many good children gave their life’s as Veterans defending what the State of NH is diminishing for the benefit of a special class of society. Help me stop totalitarianism before violence is necessary.

Veteran's letters should never be censored especially when they concern Veteran's medical issues. Veteran's Today, Boston Globe and Red Sox blogs publish my letters. The NH and all New England newspapers censor my letters. I get notes and letters from some readers of the blogs that infer that I am a nuts. That my psycho problems causes my letters to be babble. Think!! My medical conditions is from my service to this country. You took a child, created a Marine and trained me to Kill. I was injured three times, twice during combat support missions. My first kill was with a bayonet to get my M-16 back and escape. The enemy that I killed appeared to be only about 12 years old. I did eight convoys deep into no where land as an American Advisor. I lived the final seconds of my life over and over and never died. Dec. is the worst time because I re-live deep in the minds of every U.S. military person over there now, empty lonely dreams. I watched 'Criminal Minds' last night about a Veteran who's flash backs take him into reality of when in combat he killed a child. I can not show my emotions because it will disrupt the lives of the people around me. I am a Marine and our emotions are in a bag placed in storage that will never come out.
My issues are mine. I write to help every future Veteran coming back to the "World" U.S. My VA medical was stopped to teach me not to speak out. The NH governor, government and judges violated the people’s rights. For the news to censor a Veteran telling the truth is beyond comprehension. You tell me that I babble, that I am not fit for society and more. This is not about me. This issue is about you. The Veteran in Maine who lost his legs in combat and can't get help. The Veterans at Walter Reed being ware housed. This is about your (U.S. citizens) rights being diminished to benefit a special group in our society. I should never have come back alive. I did come back and I am 100% disabled. My live is over but if you allow what NH is doing to Veterans to continue you are just cutting the legs of every future Veteran across the U.S. To stop any ones medical care for any reason is wrong. To stop a Veteran's medical care for political self gain is atrocious. This is a criminal act that no one cares about. You the Citizens of the United States must ask your newspapers and media how they can allow this news to go untold.

Depression in a Veteran is some times camouflaged by naive minds around us that believe that they know but have no idea. I wrote a book about my time in service to this nation. "Marine Corps Gallantry or Psychosis" by Sgt Macdonald. The Book has been published but is no longer in sale. I do not want people to believe this article is a sales pitch. I wrote the book so my 3 daughters would better understand their father. I came back in 74. Since this date I have re-lived events in my life over and over. Some people tell me that returning Veterans do not talk about what went on over there. I did not until I wrote the book in 99. I had to re-learn what life was back here in the "World" U.S. I am a disabled Veteran and one of my three separate injuries is Amnesia. I remember nothing to this day of my life prior to my overseas tour. Imagine coming back to round eyed country and never remember being here before. I learned volunteering to help others is a great way to better understand how life back here is.
Returning Veterans never talk about their first Kill. I have many times because I believe what I did was not wrong. I now question if what I did made any difference back here in the "World". NH has declared me a Terrorist to stop my exposing judges and government official's violating the people's rights. The State Police harass my family at work and home under government orders. I loose my freedom as an intimidating factor to stop my free speech. I volunteer over 1000 hours per year helping others and because NH does not like a family that I am volunteer helping this is what the government does. Can I prove it. Yes it is documented many times over! All this fails so now the U.S. NH Congress woman files false police reports to get me arrested. This fails so she has VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders with out merit to but me in the funny farm. This fails so the NH VA Director "Levenston" stops my VA medical care for political self gain. The news papers censor my letters and the facts. Where does one go when it is the Courts and government are the ones violating the laws, and the news protects them.
My first kill was before I remember kissing my first round eyed girl. I killed deep in the bush while American Advisor on Convoy. I stuck my bayonet into another human being to escape and get my M-16 back. I did it so easy and with out feeling. I to this day do not feel guilty about this wrongful act. I lived through some of the worst hell when I was in the Marine Corps but I am not a combat hardened Veteran. I was in the Marine Air Wing. My hell does not compare to most other combat hardened Veterans.
I write this article because people back here just have no idea. You allow the State of NH to destroy a Madbury NH family because the selectmen do not like this family living in there town. You and no one else can help me. Talking may not be the answer. I write this article because we gave our lives "dead or alive" for your freedom and protection. You will never conceive what hell is but you can attempt trying to understand why the great potential child that left now is homeless, uses excess drugs, alcohol and may be a bum on the street. The Veteran may be successful and you just do not understand why family and relationships boy cot them. You have Veterans returning on this very day, don't just reach out. Reach out and know Veterans are people that gave a precious part of their lives for your freedom that they will never get back.
