RE: Permit Renewals BUILDING PERMIT #06-BP-071 issued June 12, 2006 by David P. Cichowski
RE: Permit Renewals Reply to your letter dated June 25, 2008
Dear Mr. Cichowski,
I have received your letter dated June 25, 2008 (delivered June26, 2008)
There are a few things that need to be clarified just in case there are problems that develop in the future because of misunderstandings.
First of all STOP BRINGING THE POLICE AND GUNS TO MY HOME
This is a construction project not a bank robbery in progress. MY WIFE IS UNDER EXTREME EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND IS UNDER A DOCTORS CARE AND IS CURRENTLY BEING MEDICATED BY ANTIDEPRESSENT DRUGS BECAUSE OF YOU, THE POLICE AND THE DISPLAY OF FIREARMS EVERYTIME YOU SHOW UP AT MY HOME
1. While I am grateful for any building extension to said permits above, however your so called 90 day extension is only 76 actual days, as you notified us on the 26 of June, you could have notified us on June 12, 2008, however you failed to do that because of your own fault so therefore your 90 days is only 76 days.
2. As for your ninety day extension my reply to you is this, It is not possible for us to complete this project in that time frame, so stop playing the 90 day game, no one in their RIGHT MIND would expect us to complete this project in that time frame. I have explained the project to you in the 2 previous certified letters so it is not necessary to explain it again, is it?
3. Your refusal to let us finish the project will only result in us suing you and the city, so stop playing the 90 day game as it only makes you look STUPID, we know you are not, so stop playing the STUPID game.
4. As YOU KNOW I have been a carpenter for a number of years, about 38 to be exact. I have furnished you with a finish drawing of the project and my work speaks for itself. So stop playing the stupid game. In addition to all the above I had to manufacture a special backhoe, a one of a kind, as I made it myself to dig under the building with sufficient power and force to do the required job of removing and replacing the old foundation walls.
5. The permit renewals as I currently understand them are complete with all the decks as shown in the drawings, the footing for the decks were installed before the grandfather clause expired as I sent you certified mail conforming this. The decks are now grandfathered as we have a vested interest. If you do not agree, let me know so I can start the lawsuit against you.
You should have extended these permit without the 90 day game playing, your game playing is a waste of time and serves no real purpose. WE both know this is an extensive project under unusual circumstances (the record proves it) and
yet you continue to ignore the facts. It is safe to say that any normal intelligent person would agree with me.
Yours Truly,

The City of Gardiner has to stop wasting the taxpayers money.
Gardiner - The City of Gardiner has to stop wasting the taxpayers money. The City of Gardiner has wasted hundreds of thousands of dollars on a 3 year lawsuit and it ant over because another lawsuit is coming up. I do not understand the logic behind the city's position, several new homes could have been built on the money that had been wasted on lawyers fees. There have been 4 law firms involved working for the city. If the wlodylo house is rebuilt they can collect higher taxes. What is the point of denying permits to rebuild a home. Have you seen the wlodylo approved plan for the rebuild? The wlodylo plan has already been approved but their permits expired. See a drawing of the plan here www.HelpSaveOurHome.ME or ask the city to show you the plan. There is no logical reason to deny the wlodylo permit extensions. Half of the home has already been completed and it is in compliance with the city approved Wlodylo plan . Jeff Kobrock has to get over his anger animosity issues. He has already wasted thousands of dollars of taxpayer money. Ask him exactly how much money has already been spent the on Wlodylo lawsuit. I think you will be shocked at the amounts involved. Whoever is going to be on the council has to take note of this wasting of taxpayer money.

City of Gardiner tries to destroy Gardiner Man's Home PLEASE HELP
Gardiner, - If you are planning to move to Gardiner or buy property read this first. No one wants to live in a city where public officials put the life and property of a home owner at risk in retaliation for complaints about city fraud and corruption
The problem in Gardiner is so bad that a Superior Court Judge had to issue a protection order against the entire city including the city manager Jeff Kobrock. The man was threatened with arrest and was threatened to be taken for a short ride in the back of a police car. The city is still at
it and is trying to destroy the mans home. The mans home has no foundation and may collapse and injure the home owner if not allowed to be fixed. The city issued permits to the man after being sued and delaying permits for about a year knowing that the home had no foundation. Then after issuing construction and repair permits the city Jeff Kobrock and
David P Cichowski decided to bury his tools so the man couldn't fix anything. The Code officer David P. Cichowski
kept yelling at the man that his permits were expired and proceeded to bury the mans construction on June 5,2007 when in fact the permits were valid until June 12, 2008, the Judge said so. On June 11,2007 the city came back with a vengeance and buried the man construction again and this time buried the mans tools. The Judge issued a protection order against the city and the city manager. Even after all this the city is still trying to DESTROY the mans home.

Disabled Elderly Man kicked out of his home by corrupt city
Dedicated to Protect the Public against Fraud and Corruption by LOCAL PUBLIC OFFICIALS
Top Stories
City of Gardiner Maine
A disabled elderly Gardiner man living on a fixed income loses his home because City OFFICIALS refuse to give him a tax abatement. The worst part is that City OFFICIALS have increased the property tax by 3 times over and refuse to issue repair permits because he owes back taxes. The city says the property is worth $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 according to city tax records. In a Kennebec Journal article dated March 22, 2007 the city says the property is worthless and is considering giving it away. How exactly is it possible to charge $70,000. 00 valuation on a worthless piece of property. It is apparent that the city has deliberately targeted the elderly man for the purpose of kicking him out of his own home ILLEGALLY
Take a look at these photos is this property worth $70,000.00?
